I coach people who are successful by every external measure and who have a serious private practice they have never once mentioned at the office.
Stay clear and composed when the pressure is real.
Take one real challenge and actually move it.
Three breaths, eight times a day. Under a minute.
Steady through rejection, negotiation and a hard market.
With Francis O’Connor. Where obsessive thinking begins.
Bringing the teaching home, where it is hardest.
A New Year with intention instead of resolutions.
The chant, the meaning, and how devotion works.
Take honest stock in one page.
How do we make progress with the inner self in a way that creates progress in every other part of life?
How do we make wholeness a bigger part of our strength instead of a private compensation for it?
How do we balance enough in the long term with finding real joy in the here and now?
They meditate on the plane. They reread the same book. Somewhere underneath the quarter, they suspect the way they are wielding their authority is costing them something that will never show up on a spreadsheet.
What they do not have is anyone to practice with. A therapist treats a problem. A board does not do interiority. A retreat lasts a weekend and then Monday happens. What is missing is a sadhana partner, someone to do the practice alongside, who is neither impressed by the title nor frightened of it.
I walked into the Temple of the Universe having only ever been in Christian churches. I stayed thirty three years. What held me was not the mysticism, it was the practicality. My teacher drew on yoga, Buddhism and Christianity and then applied all of it to Tuesday afternoon, while building a company and writing medical software still in use today. Spiritual growth and a working career were never two separate roads.
That is the whole premise of this work. A clear mind is not a quiet mind, it is a mind that knows it is noisy. A strong mind hears the noise and does not take orders from it. Everything else follows from those two sentences.
Forty five minutes, no charge. You describe what is actually going on. I tell you honestly whether I am the right help.
We name the one or two things worth moving, in your words, and agree what a good outcome looks like.
Every other week by default. Between them you have a practice, and I am reachable when the hard moment happens.
At ninety days we look at what changed and decide plainly whether to keep going. No automatic renewal, ever.
“Since starting my journey with him, I have become more present, and this shift has positively influenced every relationship in my life, especially with my children. His innate ability to listen deeply and lead with compassion is unparalleled.”
“I really appreciate his kind words and his ability to get to the root quickly and gracefully. Tim has given me great strides in connecting to a deeper level of the practices of acceptance and surrender.”
“Finding an exceptional coach and teacher to guide you on your journey makes all the difference. Tim’s high quality coaching creates a space where your journey can unfold.”
Everything I teach that does not need to be paid for lives at the Collective. Two live calls a week, the practice library, the essays and six years of archived talks. No membership, no tiers, nothing withheld from anyone.
I also sit with men and women inside Florida’s correctional system, teaching The Untethered Soul to people who cannot pay and cannot walk out.
Forty five minutes. You talk, I listen, and you leave with something useful whether or not we ever work together.
